Q. How do I print off my T2202 tax form?

Printing Tax forms (T2202)

1. Log into myUFV
2. In UFV Self-Service Links click on Student Information
3. Select Canadian Tax Forms and click T2202 and T2202A Tuition and Enrolment Certificate
4. Select year and select Printable T2202A Form (PDF)
5. Click Submit
6. Open the PDF and print (you may have to check your browser’s download location for the PDF)
