Here's some general printing advice for Blackboard/BBLearn

There are a couple of ways that your documents can be posted.

1.

If your course notes are as a PDF file, then the printer icon will appear in the menu bar at the top. See image. You will notice that also highlighted is the download icon. Sometimes it is better to download the document first and then print it from Adobe Reader. If you don't see any Adobe tool bar, right mouse button click on the document and select print from the menu. Do not use the browser print option. You will not print out what you want to.

 

 

 

2.

If the file was placed directly into BBLearn, then you will need to use your browser’s print button. First open the document you want to print. Then print as you normally do with the “Print” button on the browser’s menu. You may find choosing print preview first a better option to avoid printing extra blank pages.
