Q. The printer has taken my money but not printed my job

Ask for help from the ITS Lab Monitor. If they aren't available, ask library staff at the Library Service Desk.

The problem could be that the printer is jammed or someone tried to print something out on legal sized paper. (Since the paper trays don't hold legal size the print job will never come out).

If there is nothing wrong with the printer, you need to file a ticket with IT Services.
