Q. How do I print off my T2202 tax form?

Printing Tax forms (T2202)

1. Log into myUFV
2. Under Student Billing & Account click on View your tax slip
3. Under Select Tax Year choose the desired year from the drop-down menu
4. Ensure Printable T2202A Form (PDF) is selected
5. Click Submit. The PDF will download to your default folder.
6. Open the PDF and print (you may have to check your browser’s download location for the PDF)
