  1. First of all you need to be a current student. Even if you plan to take courses next term, it doesn't mean that you are a student now and therefore you may not have access. Wait until term starts and then see if you login works.

  2. If you are having login problems it could be because you are using the wrong password in the wrong place. Your library account is linked to your employee or student account, so you don’t need to do anything extra to get your library account working. 

If you see this screen, you need to use your UFV credentials (for students: student number and myUFV PIN; for employees: employee login and network password).

If you use this search box (at home), enter your search term.

Then when you see the result list, look for "Hello, Guest" at the top of the screen: See image.

 

And enter your UFV credentials as described above.

 If you are doing anything in this screen (below), you need your library PIN (4 digits).
