Are you looking for scholarly peer-reviewed journal articles? Are you looking for books? How about dvd's or maybe newspaper articles?

Our Find It box is the place to start!

Go to the main search box on the library home page. Enter your search terms here and you will search through a variety of databases, our virtual and physical library collection.

Your search results will look like this and on the left hand side you have a variety of ways to limit your search.

  • Limiting to Available in the Library Collection and Scholarly (Peer reviewed) will give you journal article results that you can read online.
  • Limiting to Catalogue Only will give you only books, DVDs, or government publications.
  • Finally limiting to Catalogue Only, Available in Library collection and Scholarly (Peer reviewed) will get you nothing!

Find It is also known as EDS (Ebsco Discovery Service). It  searches across most of UFV resources. For more information look at the Using Find It libguide.
