No, but you can access LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) for free through many BC public libraries, such as Fraser Valley Regional Libraries (FVRL). FVRL has several locations in Abbotsford & Chilliwack, as well as one in Mission (see their full locations list on their website)
You'll need to register for a free public library card first. Bring one piece of picture ID that displays your current address with you to register. If you have ID with an old address, bring something displaying your new address, such as a piece of mail.
Once you have your library card, you can access LinkedIn Learning through the public library's web site from anywhere. On FVRL's website, click the three lines on the upper right corner.

Under Collections, click Digital Library.

On the Digital Library page, type "LinkedIn Learning" in the search bar.
